Say hello to the most annoying piece of printing technology ever. This particular HP Laserjet has been giving us problems since I started, and it always seems to get worse when we have something going on. This time, there was a paper jam underneath the toner cartridge, which I managed to take out and remove the paper. Once I attempted to put the cartridge back in, it wouldn't go. No idea what possessed it to decide to be nasty today, no idea why it wouldn't go back in, it just wouldn't. I even looked at the direction on the cartridge itself. The only thing I can make out for sure is not to leave it in direct sunlight. You can interpret the rest for yourself...
